We are fine, doing good. Have almost got set in our daily routine by now. We had the best trip of our lifetime in Kerala, very wonderfully planned and had a delighting experience at each accomodation. The hospitality, the service and the courtesy was way beyond expectations.
- Taxi service was good. Krishna Kumar was the best chaffeur ever. Very polite, humble and co-operative. Would like to recommend his services to each of your next customers.
- Allepey Houseboat - very good, excellent service, hospitality - no words to describe, it was so good.
- Uday Samudra Hotel - a 4 star hotel, 5 star experience. Very good.
- Allepey - Coir Village Lake Resort - very good, no reason that this is in a isolated area, sure its makes you experience the tranquility of the backwaters.
- Thekkady - Carmelia Heaven - the place was good, the hotel ambience, surroundings, spice plantations and tea plantations, boating, fishing, trekking, food - everything was good. Except for a small point that needs to be taken care of - the activities that are complementary at Kailasam - their own county at a distance of almost 30 km are free no doubt but the transport is not provided and if you wish to take their transport, the charges are too high, kind of misleading you with the entire package. The reception service is not excellent either. If you are not dependent and are on your own, the experience is just too good.
- Munnar - Deshadan Mountain resort - An unique mountain roof top hotel, with a dangerous approach road, but a totally opposite and wonderful experience with an amazing hill view.
The food facilities at each of the resort were unique in their own way and very good. No where did we face any food problems. - Overall services - I have already started recommending Crossworld holidays in my circle, in fact we would be contacting you first on our next itinerary !!!
